Cancellation Fee Policy

No Show and Late Cancellation Policy for KDR MedSpa + Wellness

At KDR MedSpa + Wellness we are committed to providing each client with the highest level of personalized care and attention. To maintain this standard and ensure that all clients have the opportunity to benefit from our services, we have established the following no show and late cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice: We request that clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waitlist.

    

2. Late Cancellation Fee: If a client cancels or reschedules an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file. This fee is necessary to cover the time and resources allocated for your appointment.

    

3. No Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will also incur a $100 fee. This policy is in place to ensure that we can offer our services to those who are waiting for an appointment.

    

4. Individualized Care Plans: We take pride in preparing individualized care plans for each client and investing time into their self-care experience. Our appointments are not double-booked to ensure that everyone receives the attention they deserve.

    

5. Understanding Emergencies: We recognize that emergencies can happen. If you have a genuine emergency that prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
