Our appointment policy
Every appointment at KDR Aesthetics + Wellness is reserved just for you. We don’t double-book, so your provider’s time and the treatment room are set aside for your visit. When an appointment is missed or cancelled at the last minute, that time usually can’t be offered to another patient.
To keep scheduling fair for everyone, the following policy applies to all appointments at our Newton and Boston offices.
- Notice we ask for: Please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the time to someone on our waitlist.
- Late changes: Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice results in a $100 fee, charged to the card on file.
- Missed appointments: If you don’t attend a scheduled appointment without notice, a $100 no-show fee applies.
- Emergencies: Life happens. If an emergency keeps you from your appointment, contact us as soon as you can and we’ll review the situation individually.
