Kathryn Russo, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the owner and founder of KDR MedSpa & Wellness, with clinical locations in Boston and Newton, Massachusetts. She has dedicated her career to advancing aesthetic and regenerative medicine through clinical excellence, continued medical education, and the thoughtful integration of innovative, evidence-based treatments within a medically supervised, patient-centered framework.
Kathryn began her career in aesthetic medicine in 2009, specializing in non-surgical, minimally invasive procedures, including neuromodulator therapy, dermal fillers, and platelet-rich plasma and platelet-rich fibrin (PRP/PRF) therapies. As the field of aesthetic medicine has evolved, she has continued to expand her clinical training and treatment offerings, incorporating advanced regenerative procedures such as the O-Shot®, P-shot. In addition to aesthetic medicine, Kathryn specializes in hormone replacement therapy, including pellet therapy, and has integrated hormone optimization and peptide therapy into her clinical practice for more than a decade. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing with advanced practice certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to advancing clinical standards and integrating evolving evidence-based practices into aesthetic and wellness medicine while cultivating a loyal and growing patient community through compassionate, personalized care.
