Kathryn Russo, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the owner and founder of KDR MedSpa & Wellness, with clinical locations in Boston and Newton, Massachusetts. She has dedicated her career to advancing aesthetic and regenerative medicine through clinical excellence, continued medical education, and the thoughtful integration of innovative, evidence-based treatments within a medically supervised, patient-centered framework.
Kathryn began her career in aesthetic medicine in 2009, specializing in non-surgical, minimally invasive procedures, including neuromodulator therapy, dermal fillers, and platelet-rich plasma and platelet-rich fibrin (PRP/PRF) therapies. As the field of aesthetic medicine has evolved, she has continued to expand her clinical training and treatment offerings, incorporating advanced regenerative procedures such as the O-Shot®, P-shot. In addition to aesthetic medicine, Kathryn specializes in hormone replacement therapy, including pellet therapy, and has integrated hormone optimization and peptide therapy into her clinical practice for more than a decade. Through her comprehensive, evidence-based, and patient-centered approach, she has developed a highly loyal and longstanding patient following.
Her aesthetic expertise has been featured on television, in InStyle Boston, and in Forbes Magazine. In 2024, her clinical work and expertise in medical weight management and peptide therapy were highlighted in a televised news feature. Kathryn’s clinical philosophy emphasizes anatomical precision, patient safety, and individualized treatment planning to achieve natural, balanced outcomes while supporting overall wellness, confidence, and quality of life.
With more than 20 years of clinical experience as a nurse practitioner, Kathryn has practiced in healthcare systems affiliated with some of the nation’s leading academic medical institutions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing with advanced practice certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to advancing clinical standards and integrating evolving evidence-based practices into aesthetic and wellness medicine while cultivating a loyal and growing patient community through compassionate, personalized care.
Kathryn is a founding member of AMP MA, an organization dedicated to promoting professional collaboration and the responsible advancement of aesthetic medicine. She is a strong advocate for increased awareness and clarity surrounding scope of practice, emphasizing the importance of standardized education, provider accountability, and patient safety. Through AMP MA, she collaborates with fellow aesthetic nurses and advanced practice providers to support ethical clinical practice, strengthen professional governance, and uphold high standards of care as the specialty continues to evolve.
Owner and founder of KDR MedSpa & Wellness, Kathryn Russo has spent years perfecting her craft while also studying new aesthetic procedures that she can introduce at her practices in Boston & Newton, Massachusetts. For more than 15 years, Kathryn Russo has been a nurse practitioner and has practiced in medical facilities associated with some of the top medical schools in the country. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and a Masters of Science Degree as a Nurse Practitioner, and over the last 15 years, she has built a dedicated client base thanks to her passionate approach to providing not only great procedures but a thoughtful and caring office determined to help both men and women meet their goals.
Grace Sambrook grew up in Boston, Massachusetts. She attended Wake Forest University, playing Division 1 field hockey and graduating in 2023 with a major in Communications and a minor in Entrepreneurship. Grace began her career with KDR Medspa + Wellness in 2022 and currently serves as the Newton office manager. Known for her love of people, Grace brings enthusiasm and dedication to her role, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for both clients and staff. With 2 years of experience in the industry, she delivers expertise in the skincare and medical spa field.
Alicia is a family nurse practitioner with 10 years healthcare experience with a background in surgery and internal medicine. Her focus for patient care includes achieving desirable results with a natural approach leaving patients feeling and looking their best. She’s dedicated to researching and practicing the safest and most advanced clinical approach to all therapies.
Services offered include injectables, PRP, hormone therapy, weight loss, laser treatment, chemical peels & IV infusions.
Favorite treatments include PRP and Vi Peel for a refreshed look with little downtime. And injectable NAD for its anti-aging and cognitive boost!

Liz O’Hearn is an experienced Medical Aesthetician who leads our Service Provider Team. She specializes in Laser Treatments and is dedicated to making sure she provides consistent, result driven treatments. She has years of experience working in the plastic surgery and medical aesthetic arenas. Her expertise is in delivering safe and effective treatments for all skin types and conditions.
Liz also offers her clients the very best technology in body contouring and skin tightening treatments. These treatments use RF/laser needling to tighten such bothersome areas around the elbows/knees and abdomen.
You can find Liz in our Newton Office on Wednesdays from 10am-5pm and if you’re lucky some Saturdays!
Patricia began her laser journey in 2005 with Candela Medical in an OBGYN private practice, positioning herself at the forefront of the laser trend. Balancing her career while raising three boys as a single mom, she continuously evolved her practice to meet the needs of her clients. After starting her own medical spa, she partnered with KDR to ensure the highest standard of care.
Patricia holds certifications in plasma pen techniques, micro needling, Matrix-Pro, and has her own medical grade organic skincare line called Collagen Connection. Patricia is a practitioner that combines several modalities to help clients achieve their desired skin. She believes that “naked skin should always be an option” and finds great fulfillment in helping individuals feel more at ease in their own skin and aligned with their inner truth.
Her innovative approach, paired with consciousness coaching, offers a transformative experience that empowers clients to embrace self-love and acceptance on a holistic and sustainable level.
Tisha Choudhary is a Digital Marketing Co-Op at KDR MedSpa + Wellness. She is responsible for managing social media platforms, creating digital content, and supporting online campaigns for the brand. In her role, she works closely with the team to maintain consistency across KDR’s digital presence and support overall engagement.
Tisha is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Digital Media Management at Northeastern University’s College of Professional Studies. With a background in digital media and social platforms, she supports KDR’s ongoing digital efforts and contributes to strengthening its online presence.
Pari is currently working as an administrative assistant while continuing to build her practice and knowledge in aesthetics under KDR.
Paraskevi (Pari) Totikidis grew up in Medfield, Massachusetts and graduated from Medfield High School. She is currently a junior at Boston College pursuing a degree in Business. She completed her esthetics training in 2025, where she developed hands-on experience in skincare treatments, product knowledge, and personalized client care.
Pari has a strong interest in skin health and the connection between skincare and confidence. Her background in business and aesthetics allows her to understand both the clinical and client experience side of the industry. At KDR MedSpa + Wellness, she values professionalism, attention to detail, and creating a welcoming environment for every client.
James Allentuck, MSN, AGNP-C is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner at KDR MedSpa who is passionate about partnering with patients to optimize their health and overall well-being. With a background in primary care and adult medicine, he brings a strong foundation in patient-centered care, with a focus on identifying and addressing the root causes of chronic disease.
James grew up in western Massachusetts, where his early exposure to nature and wellness-focused institutions such as Canyon Ranch helped shape his interest in preventive and integrative approaches to health. He specializes in weight management therapies, hormone replacement therapy, microbiome optimization, personalized nutrition protocols, and emerging treatments including ketamine-assisted therapies.
He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Boston College and remains committed to staying at the forefront of medicine through ongoing education and evidence-based practice. During his time in conventional primary care, James recognized the limitations of a system often focused on treating lab values rather than the whole person. This experience reinforced his belief that every patient has a unique story and that true health optimization comes from a collaborative, individualized approach. He is dedicated to helping patients uncover their full potential by aligning treatment strategies with their personal health goals.
Janessa Davis is from Boston, Massachusetts. She moved to Milton 4 years ago with her husband Jeffrey and five year-old son Jax. She attended Umass Amherst and graduated in 2008 with a degree in international relations and a minor in education. Following college, she attended Empire beauty school graduating with a degree in cosmetology in 2011. Since then she has worked in the beauty industry beginning as a stylist on Newbury Street. Throughout her career, she has also worked in management within the hospitality industry for over 10 years. Janessa began working at KDR MedSpa+Wellness in 2019. She serves as office manager between both locations and has worked closely alongside Kathryn for over 5 years. She has a passion and education for all things aesthetic. Whether it be skincare, makeup or hair care, Janessa is ready to offer suggestions with her knowledge in the industry. Her goal is for each patient to feel important by listening to their concerns and answering any questions they may have.
