Due to the individualized nature of the services offered at KDR MedSpa & Wellness, our treatment rooms and the necessities for each treatment are prepared in advance for each scheduled appointment. Appointments are not double-booked or booked overlapping making the time scheduled exclusive to each patient. Cancellations without ample notice, no shows, and late arrivals, impact the schedule immensely.

Upon scheduling an appointment with KDR MedSpa & Wellness, you will be asked for credit card information to hold/book your appointment. Should you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. This fee will be charged to the credit card provided upon scheduling. If you do not arrive at your scheduled appointment without providing notification, the service will be considered rendered and will be treated the same as a cancelled appointment without proper notice. Appointments scheduled for Monday we ask to please be canceled/rescheduled by 5pm on Friday if possible. Should you arrive late for a scheduled appointment and time does not allow us to perform any or all treatments, the service may also be charged a $50 fee. We do understand that there are certain unforeseeable circumstances especially during this time of Covid to which this policy will not be enforced/shall not apply.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment, Late arrivals will limit the time of your treatment, as your appointment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next patient’s appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, the cancellation policy will apply.

We understand that everyone’s time is valuable and given the recent state of everything due to COVID-19, its important now more than ever that we practice and follow the safest protocol with appointment bookings.

As a courtesy to our clients, our online system will send a confirmation text message 72 hours prior to scheduled services asking patients to confirm. Additionally, a second text 24 hours prior to the scheduled services will be sent as a reminder. Should the appointment reminder system fail for any reason, and you do not receive an appointment reminder, it is still your responsibility to manage your appointment and adhere to the cancellation policy.
